DVDs are shipped by standard post on the next business day from the Sydney, Australia. The arrival date will depend on where you live.

If you have chosen to enjoy the Conscious Control classes via video streaming, your member login instructions have been sent to your email address. And, of course, keep your login details safe and secure.

You can login to your account on the MY ACCOUNT page.

You can access the classes that you have purchased on the MY CLASSES page, or directly via the MY CLASSES drop down menu at the top left.

The Conscious Control classes are delivered via a leading video player technology service, however, difficulties playing the videos or reduction in quality can occur when viewing on older computers and mobile devices.

If you are not using the latest version of your favourite internet browser, please update it now.

To change your password, log in to your account via the MY ACCOUNT link and navigate to the Edit Account tab.

If you have lost your password, go to the MY ACCOUNT page and click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login in box and follow the instruction prompts.
